I would like to thank allcladdagh.com and especially Ken Byrne for a job well done! Me and my fiancee have vast experience in online shopping, and I must say that this has been my best online shopping experience! Ken was fast in replying to my queries, as well as highly curtious in his responses. The rings we ordered should have arrived 3 weeks after the order went in, but got here in 11 days - half the time promised! 3.5 years ago I was in Dublin and I bought my then girlfriend a Claddagh necklace at the allcalddagh physical store, and now we bought our wedding bands from the online store - in both cases I felt that I was getting the good and kind service one would get from a small local shop you\'ve been visiting for years. Many thanks Ken, I just placed an order for both the earrings and the pendant. They will make for a great early Christmas present for my Aunt. I had been searching via the web, sending e-mails and making telephone calls for about 4 months in this search. Finally contacting Pamela and finding you made it all worthwhile. Again, many thanks. Nobody will get rich off of this \"big\" purchase, but you will have surely made somebody VERY happy!!!!
